Lotte Weeda is a professional with a background in sensory science and nutrition, currently serving as the Sensory Panel Lead at MMR Research since September 2022. Prior to this role, Lotte worked as a Quality Officer at Van der Kroon Food Products BV from March 2022 to August 2022, and as a Nutritionist at Jimmy Joy from February 2020 to March 2022. Earlier experience includes a position as a Research and Development Intern at DIALCOS S.P.A. from September 2019 to February 2020. Lotte holds a Master's degree in Sensory Science from Wageningen University & Research, completed in 2020, and a degree from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences obtained between 2016 and 2021.
