Aaron Johnson has a strong background in sensory analysis, chemical analysis of potatoes, and consumer acceptance studies. With experience in various research and managerial roles at MMR Research, Conagra Brands, and the University of Maine Sensory Evaluation Center, Aaron has successfully conducted research on potato varieties and led taste panels for product evaluation. Aaron holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Maine, a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
