Chad Mahan is an experienced construction and project management professional with a diverse background in the construction and consulting industries. Currently serving as Construction Manager at O'Neal, Inc., since January 2022, Chad Mahan previously held multiple roles at Chapin Concrete Contractors, including Project Manager, Safety Manager, and Operations Manager. Chad Mahan's experience includes providing technical assistance as a Public Assistance Consultant for disaster recovery efforts at Witt O'Brien's, overseeing field engineering work package planning at Fluor Corporation and CB&I, and serving in various engineering and supervisory roles in the U.S. Navy. Chad Mahan's holistic approach to safety and project management has consistently resulted in zero incidents on projects, showcasing a strong commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.
