Shadia Islam has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Shadia started their career as a Sales Associate at Finish Line in 2016, where they provided product information to customers, helped them make purchasing decisions, and implemented marketing campaigns. In 2018, Shadia transitioned to a Supervisor role at Golden Touch Transportation of NY, Inc., where they guided passengers taking the NYC express bus to Manhattan, interacted with international travelers, managed payments, and tracked sales. Shadia held this position until 2020. Shadia also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Bronx Engineering And Technology Academy starting in 2015. In this role, they assisted teachers with lesson plans, helped students set goals, taught high school students with special education the English language, and instructed senior students on principles of marketing. In 2022, Shadia joined VaynerMedia as a Media Analyst, where they worked until 2023, analyzing media data and providing insights. Currently, Shadia is a Media Coordinator at MMI Agency since February 2023.
