Mikayla Thomas is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in commercial lines underwriting, currently serving as Lead Commercial Lines Underwriter at MMG Insurance since May 2019, following roles as Commercial Lines Underwriter and Associate Commercial Lines Underwriter. Previously, Mikayla worked at St. Lawrence University as a Women's Rowing Graduate Assistant, where responsibilities included developing practice plans, coaching athletes, and fostering team culture. Additional coaching experience includes an Intermediate Men's Rowing Coach position at Greenwich Water Club. Mikayla began a career in customer service at The Cock 'n Bull Restaurant and held various roles during educational pursuits at St. Lawrence University, culminating in a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences.
