Julian Aschenbrenner is an experienced Human Resource Manager and Consultant currently working at mm1 since September 2012. Prior roles include conducting a Bachelor Thesis at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG focused on ethical leadership systems and serving as Assistant to the CEO at btc consultancy, where Julian developed and implemented a Talent Management System and a competency-based employee development system. Experience also includes an internship in Business Operations Solution Marketing at SAP Global Marketing, Inc. Julian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Management & Economics from Zeppelin University and a Master of Arts in International Business and Consulting with a specialization in HR from The Berlin School of Economics and Law. Additional education includes a brief study at Butler University in 2011.
