Dan Shaw has over eight years of work experience in various roles. Since May 2019, they have been the Chief Executive Officer at MM Metals USA, LLC. Prior to that, from December 2017 to January 2023, they served as the Managing Director at CD Processing. From February 2011 to November 2014, they worked as the Director of New Ventures at Harsco Corporation.

Dan Shaw completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry at Coventry University from 1986 to 1990. Dan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a field of study in MBA at the University of Bristol from 1991 to 1993.
