Brian Perez is a skilled cost engineer with experience at MLJ Contracting, LLC since March 2020, where responsibilities include assessing financials for monthly projections and negotiating subcontractor change orders, resulting in over $4M in additional work value. Previously, at Frank Lill & Son, Inc. from July 2018 to February 2020, Brian served as a material manager, facilitating communication on project schedule changes and overseeing a $5M operating budget for tools and consumables. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics with a concentration in Mathematics from Cornell University and has completed a Software Engineering certification from Flatiron School.
