Daniel Keiderling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at AMP Roofing since March 2024, Daniel has also held multiple leadership positions at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting since January 2018, including Director of Executive Search, Director of Talent Acquisition, and Managing Director. Prior to these roles, Daniel was the Managing Partner at Assurance Roofing and Exteriors LLC from May 2008 to November 2020, showcasing a strong background in the roofing and staffing industries.
