Debra dedicated over 30 years to education, holding positions such as Principal at Breckinridge Elementary School-Botetourt County Public Schools from June 2012 to November 2020, Principal at Roanoke City Public Schools from July 2005 to June 2012, and Assistant Principal at Danville Public Schools from July 2004 to June 2005.
