Ben Marshall has over 30 years of experience in the creative industry. Ben started their career in 1989 as an Art Director at Earl Graves Publishing, where they managed the art department and led the redesign of Black Enterprise magazine. From 1994 to 2008, Ben worked as a Creative Director/Art Director at UniWorld Group Inc, where they developed innovative media for clients such as Burger King, Coors Light, and Ford. In 2008, they joined The Creative Group as a Freelance Creative Director, working on various campaigns for high-profile brands in the pharmaceutical, spirits, and financial industries. In 2017, Ben served as a Freelance Creative Director, Art Director, and Designer at Russle Tobin. Ben then joined Michael J Hennessy Associates in 2018 as a Senior Art Director before assuming the role of Associate Creative Director at MJH Life Sciences.
Ben Marshall attended Du Cret from 1982 to 1986, where they studied Advertising/Fine Art. In 1991, they enrolled at The New School and completed a program in computer graphics in 1992. Additionally, Ben has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Managing a Diverse Team," "Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Essential Training," "Becoming a Six Sigma Green Belt," and various others, all in the year 2023. In 2022, they also acquired certifications in areas such as "Break Free from the Negative Chatter in Your Head," "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence," and "Metaverse and NFTs for Marketing."
