Sanne Marie Wognsen is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various organizations. Currently serving as an HR Partner at M&J Recycling since December 2021, Wognsen focuses on leadership development, HRIS, onboarding, and documentation of processes. In addition, Wognsen has been an Associate Partner at FranklinCovey Danmark since May 2021, facilitating the development of leadership and productivity skills in individuals and organizations. Previous roles include HR Manager for Tandlægerne På Frederiksberg, HR Business Partner at Planday and e-conomic, and HR Consultant at Cronquist Consult ApS. Wognsen holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Syddansk Universitet and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Modern Languages from the same institution, alongside an exchange experience at Universidad de La Rioja.
