Mohammad Shoaib has a diverse work experience starting with their role as an Associate Project Manager at SUNLIGHT CONSTRUCTION AA, LLC in 2019. In this position, they conducted routine inspections of construction activities, ensured job-site plans and compliance documents were up-to-date, and coordinated with the site project manager for DOB visits or inspections.

Mohammad Shoaib, E.I.T. completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering at The City College of New York from 2015 to 2019. Mohammad obtained their E.I.T certification from NCEES in September 2019. Additionally, they obtained their OSHA-30hrs certification from the US Department of Labor OSHA in May 2019, and their Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1 certification from the American Concrete Institute in July 2021.
