Jean Lam MacInnes currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Americas Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Mizuho, a position held since October 2018, and has also held the role of Executive Director and Counsel, COO of Legal within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Director and Senior Counsel at BNP Paribas from June 2008 to September 2018, and as an Associate at both Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP (2007-2008) and Dewey Ballantine LLP (2002-2007). Early career experience includes a position as Legal Assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from June 1996 to July 1998. Jean Lam MacInnes holds a Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School, attended New York University School of Law as a visiting student, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University ILR School.
