Jay Shah, CPA, currently serves as the Executive Director and Head of Investment Banking (M&A) at Mizuho. Previously held the position of Vice President in Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and served as Manager in Advisory Services at PwC. Jay Shah earned an MBA in Finance from Emory University - Goizueta Business School between 2001 and 2003 and holds a Master of Commerce (MCOM) in Accounting from Sydenham College - Mumbai University from 1998 to 2000.
