Rich Mahon is an experienced professional in the field of project management and analytics, currently serving as the Professional Services Manager at Mixpanel since October 2017. In previous roles at Mixpanel, including Account Manager Team Lead and Senior Implementation Manager, Rich collaborated with major clients to develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies. Prior to Mixpanel, Rich worked at Deloitte from September 2012 to October 2017, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Consultant and IT Project Manager for a national health insurance provider, as well as product management for a self-service portal in Indiana and leading product design for Louisiana's Department of Children and Family Services. Rich holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Temple University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
