Gutul Vadim has a long history of work experience in the information technology field. Gutul started their career in 2007 as a Java Developer at Mobiteam. In 2009, they moved to Thirteen Elements AG as a Java/Flex/Flash/PHP Developer. In 2011, they founded Val Group Prim SRL, a company that focused on delivering software products and marketing tools. In 2014, they co-founded DITEL S.R.L. and was involved in all levels of business organisations. In 2016, they worked as a Full Stack Software Engineer & Scrum Master at YOPESO and as a Senior Software Engineer at Mixbook, where they worked with React Native/Typescript to build a Mobile App. Gutul also served as Engineering Manager and Development Team Lead for the company. In 2020, they founded BEIT Academy and created a training course in the field of information technology.

Gutul Vadim attended Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a 2010 degree in Information Technology. Gutul then attended Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a 2009 degree in Information Technology. Lastly, they attended Gaudeamus from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a 2005 degree in 2005.
