Karol Hoga has extensive experience in the production sector, particularly in the paper and FMCG food industries. Currently, as Production Manager at Mitsubishi Hitec Paper Europe since October 2007, Karol oversees the production of various types of paper including technical carbonless and thermal papers at facilities in Germany and Japan. Prior to this role, Karol served as Deputy Production Manager at Samindruk/Cofresco Sp. z o.o. from July 1999 to September 2007, where responsibilities included overseeing production processes for food packaging materials. Karol's career began with roles as Shift Manager and Production Worker within the same company, focusing on optimizing team performance and product quality. Educationally, Karol holds a master's degree in Public Administration from Nicolaus Copernicus University and has completed postgraduate studies in Production Management at Lodz University of Technology.
