Suresh Sivalingam has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management within the automotive sector, currently holding a position in Daimler Truck Asia Procurement focused on eMobility, Electricals & Electronics, and Interior & Exterior at Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation since February 2023. Previously, Suresh served as Head of Procurement at Daimler India Commercial Vehicles and held similar leadership roles at Mercedes-Benz Indonesia and Daimler South East Asia, where responsibilities included setting up procurement functions and formulating localization strategies. With a strong background in managing substantial procurement volumes and implementing global sourcing strategies, Suresh has contributed to various organizations, including Caterpillar India and Mahindra Renault, while starting the career at Toyota Kirloskar Motor and Sab Wabco India. Suresh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras.
