Matthew Sooy is an experienced professional in the HVAC industry, currently serving as the Director of Residential Product Management at Mitsubishi Electric Trane US since April 2012. In this role, Matthew leads the residential product team and develops the product roadmap to ensure long-term growth, leveraging market data to support new product business cases. Previous positions at Mitsubishi include Sr. Manager roles in Utilities & Electrification and Product Marketing Database, where Matthew facilitated the adoption of high-efficiency heat pumps and managed the marketing database, respectively.
