Rodrigo Cagali has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as Vice-President of Operations, CFO, and Board Member at Mitre Realty since November 2012, where responsibilities include financial analysis, investor relations, and oversight of various financial functions. Prior to this role, Rodrigo worked as Treasury Coordinator at OAS S.A. from May 2007 to November 2012, focusing on cash flow management, financial projections, performance indicators, and implementation of a new ERP system. Rodrigo's educational background includes an MBA in Corporate Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
