Claire Waterson has a diverse background in customer support, marketing, and graphic design. Currently serving as a Customer Success Analyst at Mitratech since August 2022 and as a Customer Support Analyst at TalentReef since November 2021, Claire utilizes skills developed through various roles. Previous experience includes a Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant position at Peak Event Partners and multiple roles in the brewing industry, where responsibilities ranged from brand promotion to graphic design. Claire's early career in customer service also includes positions as a Tasting Room Assistant at Coyote Moon Vineyards and a Service Coordinator at SimplexGrinnell.
