Benjamin Gigli possesses extensive experience in project management and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Technical Support and Training Expert at Mitratech since February 2011, focusing on client support and training for IMS products. Prior roles include Customer Solutions Manager for immigration software at Mitratech, and as Systems Administrator for the Public Safety Consortium for Sonoma County, managing Intergraph's Public Safety software from January 1997 to November 2009. Additional experience includes positions as Lead Associate at PRC Public Sector from 1993 to 1996 and in Account Services at Wells Fargo Bank from 1980 to 1993.
