Joko Alam is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure and operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. General Manager - Corporate IT Infrastructure Head at PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk since January 2024, Joko manages core IT infrastructure and leads the Center of Excellence for SBU IT. Prior roles include General Manager - SEA IT Infrastructure and Operation Head at PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing IT for seven ASEAN countries and leading significant store opening campaigns. Joko has held various managerial roles within PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk and PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa, focusing on IT strategic projects, service management, data center operations, and IT infrastructure management.
