Felicia Sondakh has over a decade of experience in the retail industry, currently serving as Senior Brand Manager and previously in roles including Senior Operation Manager and Operation Manager for the Fashion Division at PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk since October 2011. Prior experience includes working as a Buyer for Ladies and Lingerie at PT. Metropolitan Retailmart from December 2009 to September 2011 and as Assistant Ladieswear Manager at ZARA, a position held from May 2008 to October 2009. Felicia Sondakh holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Universitas Kristen Indonesia, where studies were completed from 2003 to 2009.
