Paula Colquhoun is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Mitolo Family Farms since August 2008, where responsibilities include building a capable and engaged workforce aligned with the company's purpose and values. Significant achievements include transforming HR functions as the workforce grew from 120 to 900 employees. Previously, Paula held the position of Senior Payroll Coordinator at National Pharmacies from September 1989 to September 2006. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Australian Institute of Management and additional advanced diplomas in Human Resources Management from the same institution, completed in 2009, as well as a program at UniSA - SA Partners in 2013.
