Martin Kaplar is a seasoned professional in marketing and career coaching with extensive experience in various roles. Since November 2016, Martin has served as a Junior Partner at mitNORM GmbH. In addition, Martin has been the Head of Marketing for the International Medieval Combat Federation since November 2013, promoting medieval full-contact combat sports worldwide. Prior experience includes working as a Career Coach and Support Consultant for Academics at FORMAXX AG from July 2014 to October 2016, assisting students and graduates with career entry and funding opportunities. Martin also held positions as a Junior Marketing Manager at Quadfolium Group GmbH and as a Marketing Consultant at Casantis GmbH. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management from HWR Berlin, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
