Ari Buchler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advisory services, investment, and corporate development across various technology sectors. Since 2010, Ari has served as Principal at DAB Advisory, specializing in pre- and post-deal advisory, M&A services, due diligence, and strategy consulting for private equity investors and companies in cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, healthcare, and enterprise software. Currently, Ari is also an investor in Mitiga and LinkSquares, where responsibilities include enhancing cloud security solutions and providing AI-powered contract management for legal teams. Additionally, Ari has held significant roles such as Board Director at Simeio Solutions, Operating Partner at ZMC, and Senior Advisor at Plum Acquisition Corp I. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Legal Officer and SVP at Intralinks and General Counsel at Sophos, contributing to major M&A deals and the company's IPO.
