Boris Aguirre is a board member at MiTienda Labs. Boris was previously the vice presidente de negocios at Urbano Express from January 2009 to December 2010. Boris was responsible for the rebranding of the company. Before that, they worked at DHL Express from January 1987 to December 2009, where they were the sales development south area manager. Boris was in charge of the commercial development from Argentina to Guatemala. Boris was also the commercial manager of Ecuador and developed products for several countries.

Boris Aguirre started their educational career by studying for a diploma in marketing at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Boris then went on to study for a degree in commercial engineering at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador. After this, they studied for a bachelor's degree in physicomathematical sciences at Colegio San Gabriel. Finally, they received a certification from Purpose Alliance in The Future of Work in Ecuador.
