Terry Griffin has extensive experience in customer care and facilities management, currently serving as Customer Care Team Leader at Mitie since June 2021, where responsibilities have included roles as Reactive Team Leader and Planning Team Leader - NMN. Prior to this, Terry held the position of Facilities Coordinator Team Leader at Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council from January to July 2021. Terry's career includes a significant tenure at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) EMEA from February 2010 to December 2020 as a BMS Technician and earlier experience as a Help Desk Specialist at The NEC in Birmingham from September 2005 to February 2010.
