The Operations team at Mithra is responsible for ensuring the efficient production and distribution of Mithra's innovative women’s health products. This team manages everything from overseeing product development processes and production of injectables to procuring necessary materials and providing IT support. With roles spanning production management, procurement, and district management, the Operations team plays a critical role in maintaining the quality, safety, and timely delivery of Mithra’s contraceptive and menopausal therapies, including flagship products like Estelle® and Donesta®.
