Sharnel Manchenayake is an Associate Project Manager at MillenniumIT ESP since October 2022, previously serving as an Analyst in Process and Delivery Management and Process Innovation, focusing on delivering high-quality projects such as the Vision product and enhancing the Nexus Vision platform through customer research. Prior experience includes a role as Banking Associate in Digital as a Channel at HSBC from December 2016 to September 2022, coordinating web content updates and analytics, and recognition as part of the best team in customer service in 2018. Sharnel holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology from SLIIT and is currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Early education was completed at Holy Family Convent Bambalapitiya with a focus on Mathematics.
