Anusara Kumarapperuma has over a decade of professional experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as Manager - People & Culture at MillenniumIT ESP since May 2017, Anusara has also held positions such as Assistant Manager Human Resources, Senior Executive Human Resources, and Human Resources Executive within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as Project Management Executive and Intern - Project Management at LSEG Technology, as well as an Internship Trainee at MAS Intimates. Anusara possesses a Certification in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and a Certified Associate in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management. Education was completed at Kandy Girl's High School and St. Anthony's Girls College.
