Thane Bellomo, MBA, serves as the Head of Talent Management and Learning at MITER Brands since October 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with executives to develop processes that enhance organizational culture and performance. Previously, Thane held multiple senior roles at Exelon, focusing on organizational development, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion strategies. Thane also has experience as Director of Operations at BCT, LLC, specializing in staffing and operations within the DoD contracting space, and as Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at MedStar Health, providing executive coaching and strategic HR solutions. Thane holds an MBA in Organizational Development from Loyola University Maryland and a BS in History from Towson University.
