Jas Chima has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Global Trials Manager for UC Applications at Mitel since 2004. In this role, Jas Chima oversees Global Trials Teams across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific regions, focusing on the Unified Communications Platform. Previously, as a Lead Trials Specialist, Jas Chima collaborated with the NPI and development teams in India to implement new functionalities and resolve customer-reported issues in software updates. Jas Chima began their career at Mitel in technical support for the GX5000 Central Office from 1998 to 2000. Academic credentials include studies at Sheridan College and Pendeford High School.
