Chad Villeneuve brings extensive experience in network infrastructure and technical support across various roles in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Manager of Global Enterprise Systems at Mitel since April 2015, Chad oversees network infrastructure and Data Centers throughout North America. Prior roles include NOC Manager at Distributel, where management of network monitoring teams across Canada was the focus, and Technical Support Manager at Embla Systems, Inc. Additionally, Chad spent over 15 years at Nortel in various capacities, culminating as Global IT Operations Manager, overseeing operational support for network infrastructure. Chad holds a degree in Business Administration from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, completed in 1995.
