Stefanie Powick is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Manager for Drinks at Mitchells & Butlers PLC since February 2018, Stefanie oversees key categories including Beer & Cider and Soft Drinks, while leading an Assistant Procurement Manager. Prior to this role, Stefanie spent nearly 15 years at Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited as a Senior Purchasing Manager for Food, focusing on various centre of plate categories such as poultry and seafood. Stefanie began a career in procurement at Bass Taverns/Six Continents Leisure Retail, where responsibilities included managing purchasing for Catering Equipment and Utilities.
