Kirsty Campbell is an accomplished independent director and chair with extensive experience in various sectors, including structural engineering, insurance, environmental sustainability, funds management, advisory services, and healthcare technology. Currently serving as Independent Director and Chair at Mitchell Vranjes - Structural Engineers and Toitū Envirocare, Kirsty also holds independent director roles at Ando Insurance, NZHL, and Salt Funds Management Limited, where Kirsty chairs the compliance committees. Additionally, Kirsty is the Director of Clarity Advisory and Chair of the Advisory Board at Polymer Group Ltd. Formerly, Kirsty served as a board member and chair of the Audit & Finance Committee at the Public Trust and an advisory board member at Allied Medical Limited. Kirsty Campbell holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The University of Edinburgh.
