Romane Gutenbrunner is a corporate legal assistant at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP, with prior experience as a legal administrative assistant at McLaughlin & Stern, LLP, where responsibilities included assisting with 501(c)(3) corporation creation and New York not-for-profit compliance research.
