Leisa Beville is currently a Senior Response Center Analyst at Mitchell Humphrey & Co.

Leisa previous worked as a Help Desk Specialist at Western Union from August 2004 to April 2008. There, they assisted customers using proprietary financial software products developed by Western Union to interact with their databases. This included importing money through phone pay to EDS to another financial institution, recommending credits and adjustments based on research, handling electronic correspondence between companies and financial institutions, and investigating and reconciling ACH discrepancies for clients.

From January 2001 to January 2004, Beville was a Technical Team Lead at Convergys. There they managed and trained a team of approximately 25 agents. Leisa also monitored and reviewed technical expertise and agent quality for setting up AT&T DSL on inbound phone calls, identified connectivity issues using diagnostic tools, updated user information for company documentation, and communicated updated changes in procedures, equipment, and software.

Leisa Beville has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
