Dr. Keith Cilia-Debono is a seasoned consultant in ICT strategy and governance with extensive experience in national digital strategies, cyber security, and ICT policy at the Malta Information Technology Agency since June 2008. Dr. Keith played a crucial role in developing and coordinating the implementation of the Malta National Cyber Security Strategy and contributed to various digital initiatives of national importance. Dr. Cilia-Debono has also served as a national expert during the Malta Presidency at the Council of the European Union and held significant positions in policy management and ICT consultancy across multiple organizations. Academically, Dr. Cilia-Debono holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the Maastricht School of Management, alongside an M.Phil, an MBA, and a B.Sc in Mathematics and Computing.
