Stephanie Foglia is an experienced professional in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as the Director of Benefits and HRIS at MISTRAS Group, Inc. since August 2020, after progressing from the role of Senior Benefits Manager since September 2003. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and possesses a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, earned in 2023. Additionally, Stephanie obtained a degree in Marketing and Human Resources from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business between 1989 and 1993.
