Robert Goltra III, Ed.D., currently serves as the Vice President and Dean of Students at Missouri Western State University, a position held since August 2023, after previously holding the role of Assistant Vice President in the same institution. With extensive experience in student affairs, Goltra held leadership positions such as Vice President for Student Affairs at Rogers State University and Administrator for Student Success and Engagement at Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City. Additionally, Goltra has contributed to higher education as an adjunct instructor in the Higher Education Student Affairs Doctoral Program at Baker University. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration and Supervision from Lindenwood University, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Pittsburg State University.
