Mellissa Nordsven, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Missouri Slope Areawide United Way since November 2024. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at CHI St. Alexius Health from October 2022 to October 2024 and Director of Human Resources at Missouri Slope from December 2017 to December 2022, encompassing responsibilities in employment, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and health and safety. Mellissa also held the position of Enterprise Payroll Manager at Sanford Health, managing corporate payroll and benefits for 32,000 employees across nine states, and has experience with various organizations including Coventry Health Care and Essentia Health. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership from Rasmussen University and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
