Kelli Quinata is a Human Resources Manager at Missouri Public Utility Alliance since November 2023. Prior to that, Kelli was the Director of Human Resources at Winter-Dent & Company where Kelli held various HR roles such as Human Resources Generalist and Account Manager for Employee Benefits. Kelli obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Columbia College.
