Alexander Garza possesses extensive experience in healthcare leadership and community health. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Missouri Foundation for Health and St. Louis Integrated Health Network, Alexander has held notable roles at SSM Health, including Chief Community Health Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and Chief Quality Officer. Furthermore, Alexander has a distinguished military background as a Colonel and Command Surgeon in the US Army Reserves. Additionally, Alexander contributes to St. Louis County as an Advisory Board Member. Educationally, Alexander earned a Master's degree in Public Health from St. Louis University and completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Missouri - Kansas City / Truman Medical Center.
