Ben Richards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance and logistics management. Currently serving as a Maintenance Supervisor for the City of Mississauga since September 2024, Ben has previously held various leadership positions at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited, including Lead Distribution Supervisor and Sales Execution Lead. With a strong foundation in customer service, project scheduling, and equipment maintenance, Ben has also worked at AIT Worldwide Logistics and Atlas Tire Wholesale Inc. The educational background includes a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Sheridan College, completed in 2015.
