Jay Kopelman is currently the Executive Director of Mission Within Foundation, a nonprofit organization that offers scholarships to veterans and first responders for innovative therapies addressing TBI, PTSD, and mental health issues. Previous experience includes managing apprenticeship programs at Semper Fi & America’s Fund, serving as Chief Operating Officer at Welfie, and providing health security consulting services. Jay has held leadership roles such as Vice President of Account Management & Business Development at AirStrip Technologies and Senior Global Trial Manager at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Jay's career also includes serving as Executive Director for Freedom Is Not Free and a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps. Academic qualifications consist of a Master of Advanced Studies in Leadership of Healthcare Organizations from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Miami.
