Stuart McGeoch is the current Director at Mission Squash. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Ventures Exploration Manager Sub Saharan Africa for Shell from August 2011 to June 2015, where they were responsible for set up and initial operation of new Shell Exploration operations/companies in Sub-Saharan Africa. Stuart then worked as the Exploration Manager Gulf of Mexico for Shell E&P Co from July 2017 to July 2021, responsible for teams drilling 5-7 exploration/appraisal wells per year in US GOM and member of GOM Leadership Team. From June 2015 to June 2017, they were the Exploration Manager Mexico for Shell E&P Co., responsible for Shell Upstream Exploration entry to Mexico. Finally, from January 2009 to August 2011, they worked as GM Commercial Integration and Business Value for Shell Nigeria Exploration & Production Co., leading Shell & industry (OPTS) advocacy efforts on major Nigerian legislation (PIB), managing strategy & portfolio for Shell in Nigeria, and integrating commercial activities across Shell directorates in NIgeria (Exploration, Technical, Gas etc.).

Stuart McGeoch attended the University of Edinburgh, where they studied mechanical engineering. Stuart received their BSc (Hons.) in this field.
