MNC develops and promotes leadership skills that inspire success for youth and families to build strong, healthy, and vibrant neighborhoods through education, case management, and community-development resources. 

Founded as a settlement house in 1897, MNC continues to exemplify the core values of settlement house practices: welcoming environment, social justice, advocacy, community organizing, and networking.
